Privacy, simply.

This booking service is operated by Nicolas Randall. Your name, email address, meeting time and optional note are used to arrange and manage your meeting.

Where your details go

The booking app runs on Cloudflare. Your meeting details are also sent to Google Calendar and the organiser’s Apple iCloud calendar. The organiser’s IE Microsoft calendar is also checked for occupied times; its event titles and details are not shown to visitors or stored in booking records. Google provides the Meet link and sends calendar invitations. Resend sends confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation emails to you and the organiser, using your name, email address, meeting details and private management link. Delivery status is recorded to identify failed emails. Please do not include sensitive information in your optional note.

Your booking link

Your private management link lets you view, reschedule or cancel your booking without creating an account. Anyone holding the link can manage your appointment, so please keep it private.

Storage and cookies

The app stores booking records so it can coordinate calendar updates and recover from errors. It uses an essential session cookie for the organiser’s dashboard. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Questions or requests

For a question about your booking data, correction or deletion, contact nicolas@media-minds.net. Cancelling a meeting removes its active calendar entries but is not a request to erase every stored record or email.
